Sunday Recap - Our Mission: Reach - 9th February 2025

This message Introduced the Grace Mission statement:
- REACH people who don’t know Jesus.
- Disciple people to GROW in relationship with Jesus.
- Equip people to MULTIPLY disciples of Jesus.
Jonny’s message was focussed on ‘Reaching’ people who don’t know Jesus, encouraging us that this a personal responsibility for all of us to take hold of. Jonny encouraged us around the philosophy of Grace in how we do this:
- Pray
- Meet people where they are at
- Go where God is at work (People of People who Like, Listen and Serve us)
- Go on the journey with people

Luke 19:10 For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.
Matthew 7:1-3 “Do not judge, or you too will be judged. 2 For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. 3 “Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?
Luke 10:1-9 After this the Lord appointed seventy-two others and sent them two by two ahead of him to every town and place where he was about to go. 2 He told them, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field. 3 Go! I am sending you out like lambs among wolves. 4 Do not take a purse or bag or sandals; and do not greet anyone on the road.5 “When you enter a house, first say, ‘Peace to this house.’ 6 If someone who promotes peace is there, your peace will rest on them; if not, it will return to you. 7 Stay there, eating and drinking whatever they give you, for the worker deserves his wages. Do not move around from house to house. 8 “When you enter a town and are welcomed, eat what is offered to you. 9 Heal the sick who are there and tell them, ‘The kingdom of God has come near to you.’
